  • Mrs. Rahel Gizache: General Manager, the General Manager has advanced Diploma in a management and 8 year of experience in managing Civil Society Organization particularly the emerging women organization. She has proven leadership experience in the non-profit sector and demonstrable experience of coaching overall organization Systems-governance, program, Finance and Resource Mobilization which deliver benefits to a wide range of beneficiaries in a timely manner.
  • Bayessa Erena: Fundraising and Program Manager has PhD in business Administration. Several years of experience as program Manager within the NGO industry, especially with new emerging positive women organizations; He has demonstrable skill of Leadership facilitating team work and program implementation which deliver benefits to a wide range of beneficiaries efficiently and highly capable of mobilizing resources to enable the organization to achieve its goal.
  • Sadik Alewi:Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist, has Master's Degree in SRH and Population studies. He has proven project management experiences and excellent skills in research, data management and analysis. Besides he sensitive to team work dynamism. As members of the Programme's team, M&E officer is actively involved in Fund Raising, Resource Mobilisation, Strategic/Annual Planning as well.
  • Alemayehu Edosa:ProjectvCo-coordinator, Bachelor Degree in Management several years experiences the NGO industry. The Project Co-ordinator have proven project management experiences. Besides he has excellent skills in developing professional working relationships with colleagues; management, community members and external stakeholders. As members of the Programmes Team, the Project Co-ordinators is actively involved in Fund Raising, Resource Mobilisation, Strategic/Annual Planning and Monitoring and Evaluation.
  • Mr. Elijah Mugisa: Fundraising Advisor; Economist by profession and over 9 years experience in fundraising and resources Mobilization in NGO industry in Ethiopia, Uganda, India and Pakistan.
  • Mrs. Eminet Sheferaw: Finance and Administration: She has Bachelor Degree in accounting. She has over 8 years’ experience of working as accountant in the NGO industry. Moreover, they have excellent skills in developing professional working relationships with colleagues; management, community members and external stakeholders. As members  of the Programmes Team, the Finance and HR administration and Accountant, are actively involved in Fund Raising, Resource Mobilisation, Strategic/Annual Planning and Monitoring and Evaluation.
  • Kidist Demeke: Accountant, she has bachelor degree in Business Management and Accounting. She has over 5 years experience of working as accountant in the NGO industry. Moreover, she has excellent skills in application of statistical package accounting software. Moreover she has professional working relationships with colleagues; management, community members and external stakeholder.
  • Sosina Machaw: Assistant office administration and cashier, she has Bachelor Degree in Development Management, over 9 years of experience in the NGO industry. Moreover, she has proven project management experiences and excellent skills in professional working relationships with colleagues; management, community members and external stake holders.
  • Bezawit Girma:Assistant Monitoring and Evaluation, she has Diploma in Accounting and over 5 years proven experiences in NGO industry. She has proven skills in Data base Management: deta definition, entry and processing
